  4. Diplomate of International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (Dip IBLM) (November 2022). The IBLM sets and maintains standards for the assessment and credentialing of physicians and PhD/Masters level health professionals in Lifestyle Medicine globally. Certification as an IBLM diplomate signifies specialized knowledge in the practice of lifestyle medicine and distinguishes a health professional as having achieved competency in lifestyle medicine. Becoming an IBLM Diplomate signifies that the Diplomate 
    • has completed a minimum of 30 hours of specific lifestyle medicine online CME
    • has gathered at least 10 hours of in-person CME from attending specific lifestyle medicine oriented conferences
    • has submitted a case study, documenting the positive effects of a lifestyle medicine intervention in a patient
    • has passed a rigorous certification exam
