  1. Evolution of Movement (EoM) or the Dart Procedures at RECOUP, Bengaluru, India. EoM contain a series of position that when linked becomes a movement sequence that retraces the path of developmental and evolutionary patterns toward coming upright. EoM draws its origin to the Alexander Technique and was developed for treatment of scoliosis and cerebral palsy. Alexander Technique (AT) offers body awareness strategies applied to conducting oneself while in mindful action. The actions could include sitting, squatting, lunging, walking or any action related to their work activities, computer use, hobbies, performing arts or sports. AT helps one become aware and ‘unlearn’ the habits that are unhelpful or obstructive and achieve a better perception of oneself in stillness and in action. Patience, freedom, and efficiency of movement are emphasised.
